Our production process
One name, four benches, and it leaves in its box.
Four stages in our own workshop in Istanbul, from the drawing to the shipping label. No middleman, nothing sent out — below we set out exactly what happens at each stage.
I Measurement is settled on paper
Your lettering,
a vector ready to cut
Every piece is drawn in computer-aided software, following the font and character details you ask for. The drawing is built not only to look right, but to run cleanly on the laser cutting bench.
That is why every file leaves in vector format, optimised down to the finest detail. A one-millimetre decision taken in design carries through all four stages of production.

II The centre of the chain
Here the work passes into hands
The file from design takes its first form under the laser cutter. Then the bench itself takes over: sizing, soldering and levelling. This is where the surface becomes smooth.
Name necklaces are assembled and their chains attached. If the piece carries stones, the setter steps in and each stone is seated one by one. Finally the small jump rings are closed with laser spot welding — durability is decided in that last touch.

III The most delicate step
Colour becomes permanent here
The piece arriving from the bench is first sanded; the roughness is taken off the surface. Professional polishing follows, until the surface returns the light. After polishing, a dedicated wash and steam treatment clears even the smallest residue.
Once clean, the pieces go into plating. How long the colour lasts, whether the surface stays intact and how the shine comes through all depend entirely on the workmanship at this stage.

IV The last step
Every piece with its own docket
Pieces coming off the bench are checked one by one; their weights are recorded and released through Gold Workshop, our own software. Once checked, each piece is placed in the box prepared to your brief.
A logo-printed wooden box or a card box — the presentation belongs to your brand. Once the box is closed the label goes on while the parcel is still in the workshop, and it joins the shipping line.
After the box is closed
- United States USPS Labels are drawn from our US office and parcels ship in batches
- United Kingdom and Europe Royal Mail Parcels reach our UK office and are delivered from there
- Türkiye Aras · Yurtiçi · MNG Our domestic courier partners
- Rest of the world Express An express option outside Europe and the UK
The box closes in the workshop
and opens at your customer's door.
