Quality control and packaging
Nothing leaves this workshop unseen.
The last step of production. The check, the branded packaging and the shipping label — all three under the same roof, completed while the piece is still in the workshop.
01 The check
Every piece, one by one
Nothing leaves the workshop on a sample basis. Every piece is inspected together with its own order docket: the surface after polishing and plating, and on stone-set models each seat separately. The weight is recorded through Gold Workshop, our own software, and the piece is released against its order.
02 The box
The presentation belongs to your brand
A logo-printed wooden box or a card box — whichever you choose. The box carries your name, not ours. Once checked, the piece is seated in the box prepared to your brief.
03 The label
The label goes on while it is still here
Once the box is closed the shipping label is applied while the parcel is still in the workshop. USPS labels are drawn from our office in the United States and Royal Mail labels from our office in the United Kingdom — which is why your customer receives a local delivery with local tracking.
The box closes in the workshop
and opens at your customer’s door.
